M’lady: multi-talented. (I still maintain she had to punch someone out to switch from musumeyaku to otokoyaku in TMS.)
… I saw a little bit of Golden Wings on YouTube and now I kinda want to see all of it.
(also, is it just me, or was Yukigumi of that era really partial to leading otokoyaku in dresses? Ichiro did it; Yuki did it; Taatan did it; even Wao and the younger peeps kinda did it in a revue)
Golden Wings is fun, especially when Icchan gets stabbity <3 If my Internet shapes up….
And yep. I think it was partly Icchan’s lead, since she was practicly one-third musumeyaku before turning top star (and later as well, in revues especially).
